From our first meeting with proprietor Nate Fagnilli, the Studiothink team connected with the NaKyrsie story. Like us, Nate is passionate and meticulous in his craft. It was a natural partnership—rooted in shared values and a mutual commitment to quality. We built a marketing strategy designed to drive growth across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
Nate was inspired to create cleaner products to serve his own growing family. He opened a storefront in Geneva, where he focuses on whole-animal butchery and crafting flavorful nitrate-free options. What began as a small local shop has since grown into a robust e-commerce business and wholesale operation supplying some of Cleveland’s most respected restaurants, including Mabel’s BBQ, Cordelia, Flour, and Heritage Steak & Whiskey.

Na*Kyrsie Meats came to Studiothink with the goal of increasing sales across key product lines and an early focus on nitrate-free charcuterie and snack sticks. While the company was running social media ads on its own, Nate wanted a better return on ad spend while elevating and differentiating the overall look, feel, and voice of the brand.
As our partnership with Na*Kyrsie evolved, so did their needs. It became clear that because Na*Kyrsie relies on both retail sales and online orders from around the country, it needed a two-pronged strategy that reached two unique audiences.
Although Na*Kyrsie Meats came to Studiothink with a compelling product line and point of differentiation, —being truly nitrate-free, without using celery powder or encapsulated citric acid—we saw an opportunity to sharpen the brand and build a more identifiable presence in the market.
We developed a strategic marketing plan that included seasonal promotions, educational content, and ongoing customer engagement. This included positioning Nate as not just a proprietor but a trusted expert. Na*Kyrsie would demystify food sourcing, explain ingredients, and connect personally with customers through newsletters, social content, and video.
To give Na*Kyrsie a visual edge among other purveyors in their space, Studiothink created a custom caricature of Nate that became the face of the brand. We integrated the character across packaging, marketing materials, merchandise, and digital content, reinforcing Na*Kyrsie’s punchy personality.
We also led professional product photo and video shoots to build a high-quality content library, which we’ve used across the website, emailers, social posts, and ads. These visuals now serve as the backbone for everything from holiday promos and product bundles to educational content.
As our partnership grew, Studiothink moved into a broader strategic role, managing:
